We are a team of designers and instructors that have worked with both developing bands and championship programs. Our expertise ranges from designing drills to picking the music to creating schedules - and everything in between - to have a successful marching band season.

Bob Gupta - Show Coordinator and Visual Designer

Bob Gupta has over 25 years experience working with band programs. His passion is to bring out a band's talents to its fullest potential. 

Bob has focused most of his career in the high school marching arena where his show coordination and visual design experience extends from marching bands to indoor guards to indoor drum lines. He has helped develop several top marching programs, and has designed more than 100 shows and drills.

Bob's drum corps experience includes marching in the Crossmen and the Garfield Cadets drum and bugle corps, including in their championship performance in 1987. He has also taught the Crossmen and Jersey Surf drum corps, and is currently working with the Bushwackers Drum Corps as the Staff Coordinator, Show Coordinator, and Visual Caption Head.


Dennis Argul - Music Composer and Arranger

Dennis Argul has been a music educator for over 25 years. He is currently an Instrumental Music teacher at Arts High School in Newark, NJ and the Director of the Symphony of Winds and Percussion at New Jersey City University. Dennis also is a freelance low brass musician in the metropolitan area.

Dennis is very active as a Brass Arranger and clinician for Drum and Bugle Corps, currently serving as an arranger and consultant for the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps of Allentown, PA, the Connecticut Hurricanes of Shelton, CT, the Govenaires of St. Peter, MN, the Carolina Gold of Rocky Mount, NC and the Sunrisers of Long Island, NY. He also serves as a composer, arranger, clinician and adjudicator for various marching bands throughout the United States.



Lou Randazzo - Visual Designer and Clinician

Lou Randazzo has been teaching high school music programs, drum corps, marching bands, indoor drumlines, and indoor guards for over 10 years. He has achieved regional, national, and international success as a performer,
designer, and director.


As a performer, Lou was a 3-time medalist and trumpet soloist for the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps from 2001-2003. As a designer, he has worked with championship bands all over the Northeast, as well as with United Percussion when they achieved their first WGI Gold Medal.

Lou has been a member of the National Judges Association since 2003 judging marching band, jazz band, and indoor programs across the Northeast. He is currently working with the Bushwackers Drum Corps as the Assistant Visual Caption Head.
